Only High-Density Polyethylene materials are used to create our Sunshade Sails. They provide the best in visibility blockage and UV protection. Double Layer Webbing is used to prevent fraying or tearing and to provide extra protection throughout the hem of the sunshade sails. Also used to stabilize the D-Rings on each corner of the Sunshade Sail. UV Protection is available and varies on protection between each rating. The High-Density Polyethylene materials provide a great block to UV Radiation and help to protect and provide blockage for your area. Thick Material Compared to other sun shade sails on the market, our virgin HDPE fabric undergoes 20000 hours of laboratory testing and it is proven to be 80% more durable than low purity HDPE under sun exposure. The fabric surface has undergone special treatment, making it more durable in both sunlight and rain.
Sun Blockage Blocks up to 95% of harmful direct sunlight, significantly reducing the temperature, ideal for patio, swimming pool, balcony, carport, etc. Breathable fabric allows water and air to go through freely, there is no pooling water on rainy days and no maintenance is needed.
Strong Structure All edges are constructed with heavy-duty double-layered reinforced stitched seams, preventing frayed edges and out of shape. Each corner ends with a D-ring for easy hanging, and extra heavy stitching to help the D-rings strongly attached to the shade sail.
Curved Edges All edges are finished slightly curved so it can be stretched tightly, prevent the middle from sagging. We also offer straight edged sunshade sails.
Installation Measurement is taken from D ring to D ring, leaving 1.5 - 2 foot space for the hardware kit between shade sail D ring and mounting points. Patio Paradise hardware kits and cables are strongly recommended for best performance and appearance.

I bought the 10' x 15' sail due to the low price. Had I purchased the exact size I wanted it would have been over $100 dollars more. I adjusted my poles for the larger size. The material is good and I like the red color. It really does provide great shade. I took my laser infrared thermometer and measured the deck that was shaded by the sail compared to decking in direct sunlight and was amazed by the temperature difference. The shaded deck was 91 degrees while the exposed deck was 164 degrees. Since the shade also blocks the sunlight streaming through the sliding glass door in the morning, it really keeps the interior room from also absorbing the summer heat. This definitely lowers my air conditioning usage.The rope provided for the sail was too short and useless. The wall attachment hardware was a nice addition.A lot of people will use 4"x4" by 12 foot poles to secure the sail, I think I found a better way. I went to the local big box hardware store and purchased :"1.5 in. x 1.5 in. x 7 ft. Heavy Duty Green Steel Fence T-Post" - used a sledge hammer to tap them into the ground by about a foot or until the fin was below ground"1-1/2 in. EMT Conduit" 10 foot (pole). I slide the pole over the steel fence post and it was perfect.I also drilled a hole though the pole ( at the top) for a stainless steel eye hook for the rope. I'll attach photos.****Season #2****Just put up the Sun Shade for a second season and it looks great. No visible tears or wear. This has been through brutal Summer sun, rain, and hail. Lets see if we can get through the whole season. Posting two new photos.
