First of all, I’m a 48 year old woman, 5’4” tall. I was able to assemble 97% of this gazebo by myself. The only part I needed help with was stretching the fourth corner of the canopy over the “eave.” It is a very tight. After assembly I screwed it down (with 3” screws) to a free-floating deck built with 2x6s.We’ve had 3 days of storms with lots of wind and rain and so far the gazebo is holding up well. I’m confident in it’s strength and just put up my solar string lights!
