I am VERY PLEASED! I will buy more of these in future and would recommend these curtains and seller, for the color is outstanding and true turquoise, good price, good quality , being better than advertised, arriving quickly , sewing is well done, velcro top tabs make them so easy to install and functionality of decent sun protection. COLOR and performance are great! April 2022 ordered 8 rainproof curtains extra tall 114" x 54" wide. They arrived quickly, well packaged individually and are of good quality, relatively thick, perfect for our purposes enclosing a 10 x 10 ' metal pergola, from morning East and West afternoon sun and rain. The top tabs are double thick well sewn , have Velcro tabs very easy to install folding over the non removable pergola metal inner curtain bar. The material is mostly opaque, so nothing in detail, no shadows or outlines can be seen through them offering excellent privacy. As well, they do protect from direct sun exposure of extreme westerly Texas sun and the diffused light is just right. The color is as advertised but more stunning in real time- GORGEOUS TRUE MEDIUM TURQUOISE - the exact color of our swimming pool turquoise blue water appearance! We raised the posts of a standard metal pergola up 18 inches onto 8 x 8 posts and bolted it all together then to decking to raise inner height and let heat out of screened roof vent in center more easily, creating an updraft. These pergola curtains create a fantasy like, COOL ROBIN EGG BLUE making a very inviting area, It's like walking into an oasis and the color will uplift and makes us and guests smile every time we walk into are or see it from other areas, they really draw you IN. The rains came within few days, wind driven heavy in short bursts and the curtains performed very well , water beaded up and rain off, did not penetrate and were totally dry within an hour or so even in humid conditions of Texas gulf coast. 2 months later, none have any mildew, look brand new. I had to use small rubber coated type minim clothes pins clamping along inner edges together so they don't separate. I may put magnets along edges later to be able to close up and protect the area somewhat. I may add curtain weights at bottom as well to hold them in place better . My only regret is needing wider panels, 60" to 65" would have been better , were not available to meet the overall 10'5 inches space, each side with two curtains per. Our pergola is a 10 'x10' inside, two panels and 54 didn't span the 120 " needed pulled fully flat and the curtains did not come in wider panels than 54" . Two sides are protected and two sides open. So I used two panels on the two open sides one on the half open side , and put two left over panels hung and pulled flat around the two open outer corners with tabs interlaced between curtain tabs, then pulled the curtain from corner closer to meet the other open side so nearly all is covered during rain.
