READ ALL: First, had a big problem with the gazebo. Two of the parts were wrong. Of the 4 top frame brackets, they needed to be 2 right hand and 2 left hand. I got 4 right brackets. Also, I was missing 2 nuts. Grrrr, frustrating!HOWEVER, their customer service was FAST and PROFESSIONAL. They responded with very reasonable options to fix my order.Yes, the gazebo is a good value FOR THE MONEY. But, great customer service is PRICELESS!Even though I had problems, I WOULD BUY AGAIN FROM AOSOM DIRECT!I had some doubts about this after reading some of the reviews, but i am very happy with it. Some of the metal wasn't soldered correctly and there were a couple of air vent hole metal rings missing - but other than those 2 complaints, i love the way it looks!Ordered 10x10 gazebo and have it halfway up and noticed how small it seems. It's actually only about 8.5 feet long, corner to corner. I am extremely upset as it has taken me hours to get this much together since you only have tiny little tools to put the who thing together with as, of course, none of the bolts/nuts are standard sized. I have contacted the seller with the issue and am awaiting a response.EDIT: Seller was quick to respond and resolved issue to my satisfaction.NaI bought this gazebo because I liked the ironwork and it seemed like a great deal. It was but with some major flaws. Those flaws would have led to no gazebo at all were it not for my husband's ingenuity. This should have been an indicator that this job was going to be tough but we opened the box and it seemed like everything was there. We later learned that this was not the case.We took everything out of the box and it seemed like nothing was damaged so we started the assembly. We got the corners together only to learn that the part that was to hold the corners and the top together was wrong. We thought we might have missed something so we kept moving forward with the assembly. We got the sides and top railing assembled and still the corners that were to hold the top on did not fit. We were very disappointed to learn that they were the wrong corners. They were mis-drilled so the holes did not line up at all. My husband had to engineer them so that they would fit which meant he had to drill new holes to attach the top. The metal was soft enough that the tools that he had on hand worked but we definitely should NOT have had to do this. The metal was so soft, in fact, that one of the bolts went right through it while being tightened! He then used zip ties to make sure that the top was secure and would not come off.Once we had the top on it was time to put the cover on. The instructions were so terrible that something that should have been super simple took forever because there are literally NO words - just letters with lines pointing to parts.Speaking of parts, the letters that pointed to the parts were wrong so we had to guess which part was which so that we could get it put together.The final outcome was great but that is largely in part to my husband's doing and very little to do with the quality of the product.We have yet to see the durability since we just got it yesterday so I will update this review later.Easy to set up. However the canopy is below standard quality. Purchased in June of this year and of coarse the return policy has expired. Very unhappy!!It is flimsy, not very sturdy. One bar did not have a hole in it so I had to drill it out to mount it. The leaf design is backwards with welds facing the outside.The gazebo arrived on time and in great condition. My husband and I put the gazebo together in about 3 hours taking our time. Assembly was not difficult and all parts were in the package. For what we paid this gazebo is a perfect solution to adding some much need shade to our deck. We have not had any bad storms since putting this up so I don’t know how well it will withstand stormy and windy weather. So far we are really happy with our purchase and would recommend this gazebo.
