This is great, purchased two for our outdoor space. Great quality.Eventually got this up and running despite the instruction's best effort. A few tips if you decide to purchase:-Missing 2 wingnuts to finish top, but did come with a couple handfuls of unnecessary pieces.-You need to unscrew the red pilot button and put in a AAA battery. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in instructions.-There are a few contradicting sets of instructions for lighting it. There was no need to hold down the switch for 20-30 seconds prior to hitting the pilot.Loved itDelivery and price . Assembly takes an hour and a half.Heaters never worked. One never worked the other one worked sporadically and now doesn’t work at all. Delivered in Oct. The return process was aggravating at minimum. After sending several videos of the heater not lighting and them asking for more videos I had to threaten to get Amazon involved and they finally agreed to return the non working heater but now the other does not work at all. Terrible quality and very difficult to assemble.Hello, I put together my patio heater yesterday. The igniter doesn’t work. We tried a dozen times and finally just did so manually.
